For the past three years I've worked as the in-house tech and operations lead at non-IT businesses across the EU and CIS. Clinics, restaurant chains, logistics, venues.
The role is always pretty similar. I'm the one person who scopes, ships and lands the systems that keep the business running (CRMs, clinic platforms, restaurant POS, AI-powered workflows), and makes sure people actually use them after launch.
Right now I'm finishing a Project Management & IT degree in Hungary, and positioning as a Technical Project Manager for the same kind of implementation work.
